Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We will process all returns and refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@verdloom.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product has a quality issue. We are an international seller, and our warehouses are based in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you no longer want the item or have chosen the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Therefore, please double-check the product information.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies, or gift cards. Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Make sure to update the tracking number and logistics carrier in the Returns Center or provide us with this information via email as soon as you ship your return.
Due to limited staffing, we may experience delays in processing returns and refunds. We will process all returns and refunds within 5 business days, but if it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at info@verdloom.com.
Additional Notes
Please note that we will not refund shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or faulty, or if the package is lost or damaged.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package, as this is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
Currently, Verdloom has not authorized any third parties for business purposes. Any purchases made through other third parties are not covered under our warranty.
